JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing revenue by identifying and securing client accounts in aerospace, defense, and industrial gas applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Make initial contact with potential customers to establish productive and collaborative relationships with key decision makers.
  • Use enterprise level consultative selling techniques discover and diagnose customer needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions,and ensure internal delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Manage projects from start to finish including the formulation of sales strategy for the account and coordination of necessary resources.
  • Develop existing customer accounts to build sales volume to a sustainable level.
  • Maintain ICT's CRM with up-to-date client and opportunity information and provide reports as requested.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of ICT's products and services.
  • Support related tasks such as strategic planning, revenue forecasting, expense management, and market research.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
  • Reports to Top Management (CEO, COO)
Basic Qualifications:
  • B.S. Engineering, Sales, Marketing degree, or
  • Associate's degree or 2 years of college/university coursework AND 2 years of relevant work experience, or
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 5-8 years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success defining and selling products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Technical background a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically, understand market dynamics and consumer/customer insights and leverage them into sales and new product concepts.
  • Strong planning, prioritization and project management competencies.
  • Understanding of product margins/financials and significant analytical ability.
  • Ability to excel in a team atmosphere of creativity, risk taking and delivering results.
  • Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Must be proficient in G-Suite programs; willingness to learn G-Suite.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain US DoD Clearance.
  • Ability to meet International Trade and Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
