ICT's products provide the most efficient vessels for storing and transporting pressurized liquids and gases. The Company designs, develops, manufactures and analyzes composite pressure vessels (CPVs). Responsible for developing, communicating and maintaing the Corporations external identity. This inclue branding, marketing, and trade show (BMATS) communication and organization. The Marketing Manager should assist with establishing communicating the company's vision, mission and product advantages. Candidate should be a strategic thinker, have a broad experience in communications and has demonstrated success in branding and marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a yearly intergrated marketing communications (IMC) plan
  • Create and execute innovatitive strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and product/service adoption.
  • Conduct market research and asses market opportunities and competitive threats to determine the best business course of action.
  • Assist with establishing overall marketing strategy including brand development, core messaging, value propositions and market positioning.
  • Assists with providing quarterly updates to existing investors through newsletters or other communication.
  • Serves as the key point of contact for media communications
  • Organizes conferences, trade shows, or other related eventrs
  • Support ecosystem partners programs and university relations
  • Manage social media presence and messaging
  • Reports to Top Management (CEO, COO) and/or Dir. Marketing & Sales
Basic Qualifications:
  • B.S. Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • B.S. Finance, Accounting, or other business related background.
  • 3-5 years of advertising, marketing or PR experience.
  • Previous experience b2b communication
  • Demonstrated success in developing successful marketing campaigns, PR initiatives or advertising plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Ability to think strategically, understand market dynamics and consumer/customer insights and leverage them market and introduce new and existing products/concepts.
  • Strong planning, prioritization and project management competencies.
  • Understanding of product specifications, benefits and features.
  • Ability to excel in a team atmosphere of creativity, risk taking and delivering results.
  • Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Willingness to learn and use G-Suite programs.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain US DoD Clearance.
  • Ability to meet International Trade and Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
