Infinite Composites, Inc. is seeking a high-energy and dynamic sales person to provide pre-sales support as part of the early sales process. This role will service inbound sales and related inquiries with the focus of engaging and qualifying prospects.  This position will assist in developing revenue by identifying and securing client accounts in aerospace, defense, and industrial gas markets. The sales development representative role develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, guiding customers through the sales process, and gathering/providing initial technical information and Company capabilities. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage front end sales process from initial contact, completing non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements, gather customer specifications and timelines related to product and program needs in alignment with the Company’s sales strategy and tactics
  • Research potential customers through following relevant media publications, social media, and networking events
  • Initiate or receive initial contact with potential or inbound customers to establish qualified leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Provide feedback and input to marketing team supporting product sales and customer/prospect engagement
  • Provide feedback to product management team regarding feature enhancements and customer requests for new functionality
  • Manage new accounts and expand relationships with customers to find decision makers and influencers within an organization
  • Answer and respond to customer support requests (handle or route as appropriate)
  • Maintain ICT's CRM with up-to-date client and opportunity information and provide reports as requested
  • Develop strong working knowledge of ICT's products and services
  • Support related tasks such as strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and market research
  • Traveling to trade shows, events, or to visit customers for initial relationship building
  • Provide administrative support as requested
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
Basic Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree, or
  • Associate's degree or 2 years of college/university coursework AND 2 years of relevant work experience, or
  • 4 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success defining and selling products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Pressure Vessel, Space, Aviation, Military, and/or Technical background a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically, understand market dynamics and consumer/customer insights and leverage them into sales and new product concepts.
  • Strong planning, prioritization and project management competencies.
  • Understanding of product margins/financials and significant analytical ability.
  • Ability to excel in a team atmosphere of creativity, risk taking and delivering results.
  • Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Proficient in G-Suite programs; willingness to learn G-Suite.
Additional Requirements:
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain US DoD Clearance.
  • Ability to meet International Trade and Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work in excess of 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.  Willing to work all required shifts hours, overtime and weekends, if required.
