Where are you originally from?

Bartlesville, OK. Before working here, my wife and I were living in Salt Lake City, UT for a few years.

What does a typical day at ICT look like for you?

I'm the Senior Mechanical Engineer. My typical day can vary widely depending on what stage we are currently in for a customer. During the initial design phase, I will primarily work at my desk using CAD and FEA tools. During the initial production of vessels, I will often be on the floor assisting operations with any new processes. During testing I've had the opportunity to help build test systems and analyze data after testing.

Outside of ICT, how do you like spending your free time?

I enjoy woodworking and various DIY projects around my house. I also enjoy various rec sports in my free time.

What is your favorite thing about working at ICT?

I like how fast pace the work is and the ability to fill different rolls when needed. It keeps work interesting for me when I'm constantly learning. Being at the leading edge of pressure vessel technology allows us to push the envelope and test new processes and applications often.
