NASA White Sands Test Facility Inks Space Act Agreement with Infinite Composites

TULSA, OK - Infinite Composites Technologies (ICT) and NASA White Sands Test Facility (NASA-WSTF) inked a Space Act Agreement (SAA) for evaluating and testing the company’s products for mission readiness in space environments.

ICT has signed an agreement with NASA-WSTF to provide up to $1.5 million in reimbursements for testing services and support. The initial focus is on oxygen systems for providing breathing-air systems for astronauts, emergency breathing for aircraft passengers, hazardous environments, medical components, or defense-related systems.

White Sands Test Facility has supported every U.S. human space flight from Apollo to the Shuttle Program and the International Space Station. The site provides world testing services and training in the fields of composite pressure systems, propellant storage, oxygen systems, propulsion systems, among other topics.

“This agreement gives us access to extended testing capabilities and trained experts to push our capabilities forward,” said Matt Villarreal, Founder, CEO. “Through this agreement, ICT will be able to continue advancing its technology for linerless composite pressure vessels for high-pressure and cryogenic gas storage, providing validation of our product and advancing our teams training and knowledge.”

In addition, future testing will include validation for full composite pressure systems, and validation of various propellants and aerospace fluids.
